This charming 50 minute show for the whole family combines The Story of Ferdinand, a classic children’s story about a bull who preferred to lie under a tree smelling flowers to fighting, with the music of Bizet’s Carmen. The performance is through the Chicago Opera Playhouse! A salad and dessert luncheon will be available at 11:30 am (suggested donation $5) and the performance will begin at 12:30 pm. The performance will be $10 for adults and $5 for children over age 3.  Luncheon will be served in Fellowship Hall on the basement level, and the performance will be in the sanctuary, on the second level.  The church address is 3801 N Keeler Ave., the corner of Keeler and Grace.
